Apart from these, an unwinding unit for winding rolls of substrate for feeding into the laminator, and a complete laminating unit is available with us.The laminating consist of preheater roll, thermal oil, rubber, pressure roll with hydraulic power pack arrangements a backup drill roll for cooling rubber pressure roll & 2 chill rolls having gloss mirror finish surface & superfine matt finish and double shell construction with internal cooling arrangement for performance to suit printed paper.The edges are trimmed by rotating circular cutter and the coated material is then wound by a winding unit.
